'FIRST STEPS' - 4 weeks

  • 4X weekly 1 hour sessions
  • Pre-session food diary assessment if required
  • Additional 1 hour to be used for meal planning (15 minutes per week)
  • Email support between sessions
  • Information resources as and when required
  • Support with sourcing recipes
  • Food diary and journal sheets
  • Feedback on weekly diary sheet 

BONUS

  • 5 element diagnostic questionnaire
  • Information on of your Five Element super power and information on how to apply the information everyday

£325 for 4 weeks support

'UP AND RUNNING' - 8 weeks

Work with me in an Intuitive, Holistic way

I support people to make sustainable changes to how they eat by working WITH the body not against it. This can be in respect of any food related goal; perhaps achieving a balanced weight, eating less sugar, thriving though the menopause naturally or working on a health condition, all include the following:

  • Developing an understanding of what happens in the body to create health and dis’ease
  • Understanding the impact of the natural cycles on the body including the seasonal changes as observed through the Chinese Five elements
  • Recognising that mind and soul nourishment are as essential as nourishing the body.
