- Processed carbohydrates such as flour, bread and pasta can have the same effect in your body as sugary food creating hormonal havoc and addiction.

- Supposed healthy foods are often full of hidden sugars, sugar is literally everywhere!

- Your gut bacteria may well be screaming for you to keep eating sugar (and it can feel deafening!)

Working with Carol

I am a visual learner so I loved all the handouts:) There was a lot of really useful information that I am regularly referring back to for ideas and inspiration. CS

I didn't find any of the course challenging. I went in with an open mind and as a result of that I have completely changed my diet. I no longer eat processed foods but a lot of fresh, healthy foods instead and I feel amazing! KW

My family and I have embraced the lessons learnt and we are making much more effort to eat a more balanced diet, adding in more diverse foods than we have to date, and preparing the foods in a much healthier way. SM

I have better options now, and ideas, to add in more healthy food. I felt the support was perfect - very much there and not at all judgmental... completely encouraging. And a bit more holistic in that it helped us to see ourselves better to start with - not that we needed 'fixing' but that we could improve on where we are already. I really liked this about it. VS
